Lessons Life Whispered to Me

Image
Essence of Life: Still Learning.......  Each one came through experience—some gentle, some painful. We’re all still learning, still unfolding. I’ve tried to gather most of my learnings here—in 30 quiet truths. This is what I’ve learned in life. 1. Solitude and a little detachment are essential. They help you return to your center. 2. No one can love you every moment. People love in parts—and often within limits. 3. The world is filled with show, manipulation, and selfishness. Stay alert, stay grounded. 4. Real peace and happiness live in small, mindful choices—not in noise or comparison. 5. Many will question your knowledge, money, or decisions. When that happens, stay rooted. Their judgment reveals their ignorance—not your worth. 6. Don’t turn yourself into a joke to entertain the world. Humour without dignity is self-harm in disguise. 7. Honour nature and all living beings. They give quietly, and remind us how to live simply. 8. Relationships often depend ...

She Walks Without Armour, But Never Powerless.

Image
The Girl God Made With Silence and Strength. World said— “She talks too much,” “She feels too deep,” “She’s too emotional, too sensitive, too much…” But they never heard the silence she swallowed each night, the ache between her sentences, the storms behind her soft smile. Even when the world misunderstood her — she kept walking, step by step… And that is her quiet strength. The world judged her, but she never gave up. Behind her laughter lived pain. Behind her strength, were battles she fought alone — a broken and lost relationships, career struggles, and endless responsibilities. Her career— left bruised by closed doors and unseen worth. Her relationships— shattered glass she walked over barefoot, holding a child in one hand and her dignity in the other. One by one— friends faded, family judged, the world turned cold. She says to herself,  I am not strong like steel. I am strong like earth — fire and coldness inside... sometimes cracked, sometimes flooded, but always ...

A Sensitive Soul in the Age of Hookups, Hustle & Hype ❤️‍🔥🍂🔺

Image
My soul crying carrying the weight—the ache of truth of this world which is spinning fast with illusions, and I carrying the loneliness of being sensitive in a time that rewards detachment, strategy, and speed. Where I am ?! And how to survive here.  This world has become louder, faster, and often colder. love seems replaced with “options.” people come close but don’t stay. Truth has been traded for presentation, Loyalty for convenience. when I try to fit into this world as it is, then I feel like I am dying inside. But I am not lost. I am in a world that has lost its sacred rhythm, and my soul is simply remembering what it truly needs. Shaivism, the path I follow, teaches detachment from illusion (maya) and devotion to what is eternal. But my human heart, full of softness, still yearns for love, for touch, for truth. Both are valid. Both can exist. But how?!  I feel I don’t need to match the pace of this world. I am not born to run in its race. I was bo...

How to Secure Your Energy Aura : Reclaim Your Power

Image
Every person has an invisible energy field around them—like a soft glow. This is your aura. It carries your emotions, thoughts, and even your stress. When your aura is strong and protected, you feel calm and centered. But when it’s weak or disturbed, you may feel tired, confused, or emotionally heavy. Here are 4 simple ways you can take care of your aura every day: 1. Let Go of Feelings That Aren’t Yours Sometimes, we feel sad, angry, or anxious—and we don’t even know why. Often, it’s because we’ve absorbed other people’s emotions. Take a quiet moment and say: " If this feeling is not mine, I let it go with love " or I return what is not mine, with love and light. And you see that you’ll feel lighter. You’ll come back to yourself. Because not every emotion you feel is yours. Learn to identify when you’re carrying someone else’s pain or mood. 2. Cleanse Your Aura Daily Use simple energy-cleansing practices: -Burn sage, camphor, or incense -T...

Success Means Different Things to Different People 🌿💫

Image
Success means different things to different people. Some chase wealth, fame, or status. That’s one kind of success—but it’s not the only one. Sadly, society often judges a person only by their material achievements: the house they live in, the car they drive, the salary they earn. But what about the silent, soulful victories? Success can also mean being deeply spiritual, grounded, and kind. It means showing empathy to others, staying humble, and becoming a good human being.  Raising a kind, thoughtful child is a powerful form of success. So is caring for our planet—choosing a minimalist, sustainable life over one filled with endless consumption. The world doesn’t always clap for these quiet successes—but they matter just as much, if not more. Being there for someone in pain. Speaking gently. Loving honestly. Taking only what you need and giving what you can—this, too, is success. Let’s stop chasing a version of success defined by othe...

Guru Poornima: Now a days sacred path doesn’t always require a mountain, an ashram, or a robe.

Image
Guru is a term in Sanskrit, which means ‘dispeller of darkness.’ This is the day when, in the Vedic tradition, it is said that Shiva became the first Guru and he transmitted the first Yogic teachings to his first disciples, the Saptarishis, from which all great teachers of the Vedic sciences have descended.   Guru poornima falls on Dakshinayana, the 6-month period between summer solstice and winter solstice, representing the time of inward-turning and stabilization. In the spiritual world, even before human teachers came into our lives, there existed the celestial Guru—Brihaspati, the teacher of the gods. In Vedic astrology, Brihaspati or Jupiter represents wisdom, guidance, and the higher purpose of life. On Guru Purnima, the energy of this divine teacher is especially active, blessing us with insight and clarity.  ☀️गुरु ब्रह्मा गुरु विष्णुः गुरु देवो महेश्वरः । गुरुः साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ॥ Me...

Find Out How Self-Aware You Are: A Gentle Mirror Within ✨

Image
Have you ever stopped and asked yourself, “Why did I feel this way?” or “Why did I say that?” That little pause… That gentle question… It’s the first sign of self-awareness. Self-awareness means knowing yourself — your thoughts, your emotions, your habits, your strengths, your struggles. It’s like holding a mirror to your own heart. Let’s explore a few simple signs to know how self-aware you are: 🌱 1. Do you notice your feelings quickly? When you feel sad, irritated, or happy — do you realise it as it’s happening? Or do you only notice later? 👉 Self-aware people are able to say, “Ah, I’m feeling anxious” or “This made me really happy.” They don’t run away from emotions — they gently notice them. 🌱 2. Do you know what triggers you? Some words, people, or situations upset us deeply. Do you know what pushes your buttons? 👉 Being self-aware means knowing your emotional triggers, so you don’t react blindly — you respond mindfully. 🌱 3. A...

"Sometimes, It’s Okay If You Don’t Follow the Schedule"

Image
In a world that glorifies discipline, routines, and productivity, what happens when you fall behind? When your planner remains blank for a few days? When you simply can’t keep up? Let me tell you — it's okay. This blog is a whisper to your tired soul, reminding you that you are human first, not a machine. 1. Your Soul Has Its Own Timing Sometimes your inner rhythm needs stillness, quiet, or a spontaneous detour. Not every breakthrough comes from a checklist — many come from pause and presence. 2. Schedules Are Tools, Not Chains They are meant to help you, not imprison you. If a routine becomes suffocating, it’s time to breathe. Real success is when your system serves your energy — not when your energy is drained by it. 3. Real Life Is Messy and Magical Children get sick, moods shift, the heart breaks, and the sky calls you outside when you’re meant to work. Life flows — let it. Honour your moments without guilt. 4. Rest is...
